I have updated my website so people , if they choose,
can decide online on what pup they would like to offer a forever home to . The pups are nicknamed for our identification
purposes and once you have chosen your pup we place your collar your pup and will call that pup by whatever name
you choose. Collar choices are at your descretion. a size 4" - 8" works best without any chokable items dangling from collar
such as charms or bells. I also take weekly pics and send emails out once a week with a pic and an update on how your pup
is doing. We can also set up a time and date to meet and you can pick you pup out in person. Most people are choosing the
online option with the price of gas and busy schedules. We will hold your choice of pup after a non refundable deposit
of $200.00 is received by us. Unfortunatly we cannot hold a pup without that deposit. The deposit can be paid by check or
USPS money order or our new Paypal option ( on home page). If mailed we are asking it be with a return receipt for tracking
purposes and if serious about one particular pup we are suggesting mailing next day delivery or Over night. Please send payment

PLEASE NOTE: All PUP PICS BELOW LABELED 2007 ARE FROM OUR 2ND LITTER.
The sire is AKC & a light (creme) golden with champion blood lines
and is line bred for his coat. The dam is AKC with a deep red coat & an exceptionally calm and gentle personality. The
Price is $850.00 for male & $750.00 - $850.00 for female pups. This price is firm! The
mode of payment is PAYPAL,
CASH, or USPS money order. * NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE*
The buyer is required to come to my location to pick up their
puppy or we can ship the pup to the buyer for an additional $350.00. A non-refundable price of $200. is required to hold your
pick. The $200. will be put twards the price of the pup. The remaining money is DUE when the pup is ready to be
picked up or before pup is shipped.
Pups will have their first vet physical,
set of shots, worming, flea check and include a Genetic Heath Waranty and be VET cleared for Sale. All
pups will come with a AKC Registration, first bath, nail clipping, ear cleaning & lots of love and socialization.
We prefer to sell to home owners but will accept
a written permission from landlord with a contact number to verify.
***We ask all buyers to realize they are making
a life long commitment to the puppy they purchase.***

Puppy Forever Home Application to be considered for the purchase of one of our precious pups. We require to
meet all prospective puppy buyers and are at the sole discretion to the choose the best forever homes to place our
pups .

** We are asking all pup owners to understand that breeding is a tricky
business genectically speaking. NO dog is perfect. Holly does show occasional flea and food allergies that can result
in hotspots but no eye, heart, hip or elbow problems. Hunter shows no allergies, eye, heart, hip or elbow problems.
We ask that you be aware of this when choosing a pup.

When it's finally time to pick up your pup(s), we recommend you bring a collar, leash, portable water bottle for
drinks during travel, a small sized travel crate for transport and a chew toy( Please no rawhide or chokables). Although
it is tempting to hold you new pup on your lap during car transport it is not recommended. All pups will have begun there
potty training and will be use to puppy traing pads.
What to expect from your pup in the first week in your home:
The pup will investigate his/her new environment and will be teething. This means anything the pup has access to is fair
game for chewing. The pup may howl, bark and whine during this adjustment period. Please only feed the pup the recommended
servings a few times a day and limit water. Pups have no internal eating or drinking limits and will eat and drink to
excess if food and water are accessable 24/7. The pup will do best if placed in a crate during o/n hours and if
a crate is available for him/her at all times for entry. Pups do well on a set schedule and can be easily overwhelmed
by their environment.
Please note that the more time and effort you spend training your pup will = the results you get.

We accept PAYPAL,
(an additonal $6.00 must be sent with every $200.00 increment if using PayPal, Cash, or postal money
orders. NO WESTERN UNION PLEASE!
We include a 2 year genetic Health Warrenty,
vet check, worming and first set of shots, AKC REGISTRATION. Also included pup's first bath, nail clipping , ear
cleaning and weekly email updates and pics about your pup. Parents are our pets and are on premises. We insist on meeting
all buyers in person and are at the sole descretion of all sales. Home owners preferred but letters of permission and
a contact number from landlords considered as well. $200. is required to hold your pick.
We are at Sole descretion of all sales at all stages of the process. Down Payments are non-refundable. If
you are not ok with these terms please do not put a deposit down on the pup.
These terms, conditions and prices are final and subject to our descretion
Absolutley no sales will be done through 3rd parties.
Shipping is available for an additional $350.00. We ship to the lower 48 states. Pup and shipping must be paid in full
before pup is shipped to you.
