L & R Switser's Quality AKC Golden Retriever's Puppy Purchase Agreement
As breeders our main goal is to achieve by selective breeding, Golden Retrievers that possess the
soundness, natural ability and personality that is reflected in the breed standard and to do all that is possible to achieve
and promote these qualities.
The following sale and agreement is made and entered into by and between the following persons and

Please make all Postal Money orders payable to Lisa Gladd-Switser or Ray Switser.
The Seller hereby accepts a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 (to be given/mailed with contract to
Seller) toward the purchase of the puppy identified below.
The Seller upon reciept of the above metioned $200.00 deposit acknowledges that the Buyer is purchasing
a puppy with limited registration. This deposit is non-refundable.
The full purchase price is $850.00 (males)and
$850.00 (females) the balance of $650.00 (males) and $650.00 (females) is due in full no later then may 30th
2009 by the Buyer to the Seller even if we agree to hold the pup for a period of time that is convenient for
you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Seller represents:
That the above puppy has been examined by a licensed Veterianarian and was found to be in good health..
That this puppy is being sold as a pet and companion animal. The application for registration of this
puppy is limitedl (*) This puppy is of Breeding and show potential.
Limitedl Registration means that the dog is registered
and any litters produced by the dog are ineligible for registration. Dogs with limited registration may be entered in
breed competition at Dog Shows and may compete in all other AKC events.
That reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent this puppy from acquiring hereditary defects
of the hips, eyes and heart. However, due to unknown hereditary and environmental causes of such defects, no guarantee will
be given against them. That however, should said puppy be diagnosed by a board certified specialist as being affected by one
of the above defects, the Sellers will at their discretion take the puppy back and replace it with a puppy from this
litter for hips and one year for all eye or heart defects or if no puppy will be available from this litter
a refund of the full purchase price minus the deposit will be given to the buyer after the above mentioned puppy
has been returned to L & R Switser's Quality AKC Golden Retriever's
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER:

That this puppy will be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 96 hours of receipt. If the puppy
is returned due to illness, a verified letter from the Veterinarian is required. This includes death or illness from any health
condition deemed present prior to removal from L & R Switser's Quality AKC Golden Retriever's
That said dog will be given proper medical care including, but not limited to vaccinations and annual
boosters, regular deworming, adequate and proper shade and housing in a fenced yard or kennel. That the buyer will groom,
train and care for this dog in a manner consistent with high quality animal husbandry practices and those endorsed by the
Breeder and the Golden Retriever Club of America. All veterinarian fees and expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the
buyer. Under no circumstances shall L & R Switser's Quality AKC Golden Retriever's be responsible for any expense for
any animal not in the possession of L & R Switser's Quality AKC Golden Retriever's. All disputes shall be handled under
the laws and jurisdiction of Washington County, New York.
That this dog will not be used for any purposes of research or Disection and shall not be sold or given
to any wholesale establishment, chain store, catalog sales house, pet store or puppy mill.
That this dog will never be surrendered to any humane society, animal rescue group or animal shelter.
