As with children, owning a pet has it's responsibilities. We ask that
you watch your pet closely for the first few days. Try to avoid excessive handling, and provide a comfortable living space
for your new pet. This should reduce the stress levels found in animals during transition. Some things to watch out for include:
vomiting, diarrhea, should this occur contact your veterinarian. In some
cases it may just be a change in food.
The following terms and conditions apply to this warranty
A. You qualify for a refund or choice of another puppy (should one be
available), if you veterinarian deems your pet is "unfit for purchase" within the first 3 days of your ownership.
B. If you are elligable for and select a refund under the warranty, your
pet's purchase price minus the non-refundable price of $200.00 will be funded to you, providing that all documnetation substantiating
your claim has been submitted to us within the 3 days time frame on your Veterinarian's stationary.
C. TRhe warranty concerning health and condition are limited as expressed.
We are not responcible for any payments of veterinarian's fees for exams, drugs, x-rays, lab tests, or any other treatment
other then what the puppy has received prior to sale.
D. That reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent this puppy
from aquiring hereditary defects of the hips, eyes and heart. However due to unknown heriditary and environmental causes of
such defects, no guarantee will be given against them. That however, should your puppy be diagnosed by a board certified
specialist as being affected by one of the above defects within the first year of life, the sellers will after discretion
take the puppy back and replace it with a puppy from the same litter should one be available. Or if no puppy should
be available from this litter. the refund of the full purchase price minus the deposit fee will be given to the buyer after
the puppy has been returned to Lisa and Raymond Swister.
Pet may not be returned for any of the following reasons:
* Psychological conditions and behavioral or training problems (ie: housebreaking)
* Comestic abnormalities
* Parasites that may be present now or aquired in the future
* Restrictions regarding pets at your place of residence
* Personal allergies
* Compatibilty problems with other pets
* Disagreement of family members
